Our approach is dedicated to reshaping your physique through our intensive 5 days a week of programming, guiding you on the gym floor with our video demonstrations through out for safety and efficiency, where you track your progress and results on the Fitr app.

Personalised Nutrition Plan

You'll receive a personalised nutrition plan that includes calorie and macro recommendations, actionable targets, shopping lists, healthy snacks, recipes & more to guide you towards your goal. The focus on supporting you in becoming strong, lean & energised through good food

Women's fitness forum

Join our Women's forum. A space designed for connection. Share your accomplishments and words of encouragement with the other women on the programme. Motivation within our community is simply the key to success. We are in it together.

Women's Nutrition Collective

Our nutrional forum with Empowerme's nutrionist Harriet, where you can ask questions which will provide you with expert guidance for a balanced and healthy diet supporting your goals.

Weekly Check-Ins

On your path to continous progress, we will be there as your coaches, keeping your passion flowing. Our weekly check-ins with you will help keep you engaged and are there to help track your progress. We will be there to hold you accountable, give you feedback, provide support and motivate you. We will celebrate your wins with you and be there every step of the way!
